Fast and Easy Registrations for your Business
ABN Registration Services
We take the hassle out of applying for your Australian Business Number (ABN) by handling the process for you, ensuring it’s lodged correctly the first time. Please note registration is free with the Australian Business Register and the ATO. Our fee covers professional preparation, advice, and lodgement on your behalf. Turnaround is typically 1–2 business days once all details are provided.

Xero Software Setup
Set up Xero online accounting software. This includes:
- Creating and setting up your business account in the cloud-based software selected
- Setting up relevant templates including invoices
- Setting up contacts including customers, suppliers and employees
- Review of cloud-based software post-implementation
- Set up directors and business owners payroll and superannuation within cloud-based software (Additional employee setup – $30 per additional employee)

Our Accounting Software Setup package is designed to streamline your business operations by setting up your accounting software from scratch. We exclusively use Xero, providing you with a cloud-based solution that is reliable, user-friendly, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.

Note: This package starts from $675/month and is custom-quoted based on your business’s size, systems, payroll, and reporting obligations. A formal proposal is provided following an initial discovery session.

Lodgment Services
If your file is up to date and reconciled at the time of lodgment preparation, the following fixed fees apply:

Budgeting and Reporting
BAS Budgeting Report: $39 per additional report
Stay on top of your cash flow and be prepared for your BAS with our BAS Estimation Service. Each bookkeeping package includes one BAS Budgeting Report per month, providing you with a clear, personalised overview of your ATO-related obligations—including GST, PAYGW, and PAYGI.
Should you require additional reports during the month, these are available for $39 each. Each report includes your Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet statements, a tailored cash flow forecast, and a detailed Loom video walkthrough that highlights key financial insights and any upcoming compliance deadlines.

Operating Expense Budgeting: $99 per hour
Take control of your cash flow with our Operating Expense Budgeting service, designed to help you stay ahead of your financial commitments. We review your Xero records to identify recurring costs and provide tailored cash flow projections that highlight your expected obligations.
From there, we calculate and recommend a consistent amount to set aside in a dedicated Operating Expense (OPEX) reserve account, whether weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, so you’re always prepared for regular subscriptions, payroll, and other business expenses.
